The registrant is unable to file its Quarterly Report (the "Quarterly Report") on Form 10-QSB for its nine month period ended June 30, 2008 by the prescribed date of August 14, 2008 due to a delay with finalizing its results of operations for such period. The registrant intends to file the Quarterly Report by August 19, 2008.
