Cemtrex, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to timely file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended December 31, 2021, because the compilation, dissemination, review and finalization of the information required to be presented in the report could not be completed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense.
The delay in the audit, compilation, and filing of our annual report delayed the compilation and review of the current financial report.
