Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On December 11, 2024, Cemtrex, Inc. (the “Company”) received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirements (Listing Rule, 5550(a)(2)). The Company’s security will continue to be listed and traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
